Jan 1st    Budget and Balance Sheet posted to the web site.

Jan 15^th   All accounts that are "past due" over one year will be turn
                  over to the ranch’s attorney for collection, This will include all
                  past due amounts, fines, penalties, interest and legal fees.

Jan 31st  Annual Assessments are due.  Past due amounts will incur a
                 $25.00 late fee. Plus 12% annual interest.

Mar 1st   Every second year (even years), Elections will be held for
                Members of the Board of Directors. Ballots must be returned
                by Apr 15th.

                Liens will be filed on all past due assessments. A $50.00
                charge will be added to the past due amount for filing cost.

Mar 15th Federal and State Taxes are due.

May          The Saturday after Mothers Day we will hold our Annual
                 Meeting at the Dambar Steakhouse in Kingman. The meeting
                 begins at 12:00.

Jun 3rd   New Board members must register with the Arizona
                Corporations Commission. The Annual report is also due at
                this time.

Aug 1st   Commence foreclosure proceedings on all un-collected
                 assessments. After we receive a "Judgment"  the parcels will
                 be auctioned off at a "Fair Market Value". Association
                 members in "Good Standing" will be given a first right of
                 refusal. Also, a discount off of the "Fair Market Value".

Dec 1st   Mail invoices for the Annual Assessments. Payment is due
                January 31st.
